Artisanal nut pastes

De 4 soorten notenpasta's naast elkaar

https://depindakaaswinkel.nl/?p=170135 Finally a nut butter from De Pindakaaswinkel!

NEW: 3 artisanal nut pastes from De Pindakaaswinkel with almonds, cashews and peanuts. And everyone can think along about the proportions for the next batch… Under the slogan “The jar that you prefer to keep for yourself”, De Pindakaaswinkel presents four new, artisanal nut pastes: Almond Peanut , Cashew Peanut and a 4-Nut Paste . Since these new pastes were developed by De Pindakaaswinkel, all four variants naturally contain a lot of peanuts. The makers would like to brainstorm with their customers about the proportions of the nuts in the different pastes. A first batch has been made and before they start on the next batch, De Pindakaaswinkel would like to receive feedback about the proportions. The different jars will be available from Tuesday 20 August in all branches of De Pindakaaswinkel and via www.depindakaaswinkel.nl. Have you bought a nut paste and would you like to think along? We would love to! You can do this via michiel@depindakaaswinkel.nl.

Why a nut butter now??

With this range expansion, De Pindakaaswinkel hopes to be able to offer a more diverse range to the Pindabosses (as they like to call their target group). “We have done our utmost to use our acquired knowledge of the past years in the development of these nut pastes. In addition, we would like to enter into a dialogue with the consumer about the proportions of the different nuts. How cool would it be to further develop this product together with the Pindabosses?!”, says Michiel Vos.

Why a nut butter then?

Each nut has different properties and nutritional values. For example, peanuts are known for their rich amount of proteins (about 25 grams per 100 grams). Almonds and cashews score particularly well due to their high levels of antioxidants and vitamin E. The strength of nut pastes lies precisely in these differences between the nuts. With a sandwich of nut paste made from different types of nuts, you get a more diverse range of nutritional values than with peanut butter or other nut pastes. With the chosen recipes, De Pindakaaswinkel has tried to walk the golden mean between sustainability and health. But apart from all this, nuts are of course very tasty and these artisanal nut pastes provide even more variety on bread! Something they like at De Pindakaaswinkel!
