Voor onze winkel in hartje Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ondernemende Store Manager. Iemand die niet kan wachten om onze heerlijke pindakaas aan de man te brengen én de winkel tot een lokaal succes te maken!

De Pindakaaswinkel maakt de allerlekkerste pindakaas van Nederland – in minstens 10 unieke smaken. 100% natuurlijk, zonder onnodige toevoegingen, maar mét heel veel liefde en aandacht.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Store Manager ben jij hét gezicht van De Pindakaaswinkel in Utrecht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de winkel, en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen en met een glimlach (én een pot pindakaas) de deur uitgaan.

• Je geeft leiding aan het winkelteam en zorgt voor een goede sfeer en samenwerking.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de winkelresultaten en het behalen van verkoopdoelen.
• Je zet samenwerkingen op met lokale ondernemers en denkt actief mee over events en acties.
• Je bent zelf op de winkelvloer te vinden: je helpt klanten, vertelt vol enthousiasme over onze producten en zorgt dat de winkel er tiptop uitziet.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Ervaring in de Retail (voorkeur als leidinggevende).
• Een ondernemende, zelfstandige houding en oog voor detail.
• Energie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en natuurlijk: liefde voor pindakaas.
• Je bent 28 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar, ook inzetbaar in het weekend.

Stagiair(e) Retail Operations De Pindakaaswinkel

Als stagiaire Retail Operations speel jij een grote rol in het team dat zich elke dag bezig houdt met alle praktische en operationele werkzaamheden binnen de volledige retail organisatie van De Pindakaaswinkel. Dit betreft voornamelijk logistiek, winkelombouw, winkelinrichting, uitstraling van de winkels en kwalitatieve, efficiënte en goedkopere oplossingen voor dagelijkse dingen.

Werkzaamheden / aandachtsgebieden:

• Cijfers: winkels met omzethuurelement, integrale voorraadtellingen en omzettargets opstellen.
• Operationeel / Logistiek: inpakproces coördineren, afwijkingen transport planning, pakbonnen maken, bijzondere bestellingen, inkoop winkelhal.
• Management Operationeel: kwartaalmeeting, specials bepalen & bestellen, communicatie nieuwe winkels.
• Projecten: (Her)openen, sluiten, verhuizen of verbouwen van winkels
• Winkelbezoeken voor monitoring en commerciële aansturing
• Marketing projecten: Lokale marketing, marketing rondom events en specials, lokale events/marketingactiviteiten ontwikkelen.

Het gaat hier om een Retail Operations meewerkstage voor minimaal 4 dagen per week, 5 maanden (exacte startdatum in overleg).

Do you want to learn how to make the tastiest peanut butter in the Netherlands from Argentinean peanuts? Then we have a tasty internship for you! For our factory in Aalsmeer we are continuously looking for multiple interns.

At De Pindakaaswinkel we put peanut butter on the pedestal it deserves and you can contribute to that. We take you through the process of making peanuts into a beautiful product. In addition, you will learn how our factory functions and help with all facets.
