Ginger peanut relish – Thrill Grill
In collaboration with star chef Robert Kranenborg we have a new flavor, the Peanut Sauce . A peanut butter with spice mix that is perfect for the BBQ this summer. At restaurant Thrill Grill you will find a burger that is specially made with this sauce. It is on the menu as “Indonesian Thriller” .
In addition to this burger, Robert has come up with a delicious ginger peanut relish recipe. This is delicious in combination with BBQ vegetables, prawns or squid.
What do you need?
- 50 grams fresh ginger, peeled
- 150 grams fresh galangal, peeled
- 100 grams fresh Spanish pepper, without seeds and stalks
- 1 jar peanut sauce
- Fish sauce to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the peanut sauce until granular. Mix the peanut sauce with the fresh ingredients using a spatula and season with the fish sauce.
