Preparation method :
- Preparation Grease the baking tin with a little butter and line the bottom and sides with baking paper.
- The base Crumble the biscuits in a food processor or put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter until you have a wet, sandy mixture. Spread the biscuit mixture over the base of the baking tin and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon. Place the tin in the fridge while you make the filling.
- The filling Beat the whipped cream with a sachet of whip fix until stiff and set aside. Beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla with a mixer until creamy. Add the whipped cream and fold into a smooth mixture. Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the biscuit base and smooth it out nicely.
- Divide the Red Velvet peanut butter Then divide the Red Velvet peanut butter in tablespoons on different places on the cheesecake. Go through it with a knife, so that swirls are created. And smooth it out. Let the cheesecake stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy Then cut into equal pieces with a warm knife. Warm the knife by holding it under hot water for a moment. You can add some extra peanut butter as a topping and for decoration! Tip: you can also make the cheesecake a day in advance and let it stiffen overnight.
